Livonia Family Wins National Bright House Networks' Video Contest
Prizes include big-screen TV, year of free digital video service

Livonia, Mich. - September 8, 2009

Chris and Mary Conway of Livonia, had decided that it was time to replace their 15-year old Sony TV.

They decided to enter Bright House Networks' national You on Demand, "Help! I'm stuck in the 20th Century" contest, asking viewers to create short videos showing how they watch TV on the most dated, vintage and archaic TVs still out there.

For their short, 90-second clip about the family's current household TV watching status, The Conway's won a 52-inch Sony Bravia S-series LCD HDTV, a year's worth of free Bright House Networks digital cable service and a high-definition DVR. Total prize package carries a retail value of $3,500.

Excited Winners!

"We were so excited to find out that we won," said Chris Conway, who was laid-off from his job last November. "Typically, the man of the house wants the new, large TV, but in this case my wife and kids really wanted us to have the new HD TV. So I thought, why not try to win one."

The Conway's winning video in the "Help! I'm stuck in the 20th Century" contest can be seen online at www.youondemand.com (or http://tinyurl.com/BHNContest).
