Bright House Networks of Michigan Re-Aligns Lineup to Make Way For More HD Channels

Livonia, Mich. - September 14, 2009

Ten additional HD channels will be added to Bright House Networks by mid October with more to come by year's end. Over 100 new channels are set to launch within the next 24 months!

In order to accommodate and better align these channels, changes will be made to our line-up. Some of your channels will change locations. Effective immediately we will be simulcasting several channels on their current location as well as their new location. On October 20th these channels will move to their new location.
They are as follows:

240 WDIV HD 204 240 becomes Bravo HD
221 WMY HD 206 221 becomes ION TV HD
270 WXYZ HD 207 270 becomes National Geo HD
262 WWJ HD 214 262 becomes E! HD
228 Travel HD 328 228 becomes Headline News HD
211 Showtime HD 611 211 becomes WTVS HD
73 Style 124 will be located on 124 only
77 BHN Presents 3 will be merged with Community Bulletin Board on Channel 3

Please visit our website for updates and the most accurate information. Our line-up from channels 2 - 176 will be mirrored if available in HD. For example:

WJBK TV2 in standard definition will remain on channel 2 and WJBKTV2 HD will move to channel 202.
ESPNU in standard definition will remain on channel 164 and ESPNU HD will move to channel 364
Just add 200 to the standard definition channel number, to find the HD channel.

Our premium services offered in the 500 tier will be mirrored in HD in the 600 tier where available.
