Submission of photo and email gives BRIGHT HOUSE NETWORKS permission to videotape your property and distribute the footage in all media including but not limited to the internet, television and print, for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, publicity and any other lawful purpose. Contestants hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or the use to which it may be applied. Contestants waive and forego any compensation for property appearance, and hereby release BRIGHT HOUSE NETWORKS, from all claims and demands and any liability resulting from the production, or use hereunder of the recorded footage of property. Winner will be determined by entry that received the most number of views on Local On Demand from the time period of October 23 - November 8, 2009. Prize must be claimed in person at the Bright House Networks Livonia billing office at 14525 Farmington Rd. Livonia, MI 48154 by November 30, 2009.
